We offer a variety of executive properties in the Bradenton / Sarasota area ranging from four to five bedroom properties, all with private pools and some featuring spas. The properties all have various outlooks to the rear and overlook lakes, golf courses, preserves etc. The communities where we currently have properties are: “Heritage Harbour” and “University Place”.

Our Late Deals

We have compiled a comprehensive website featuring all the information you need to answer your questions, in the hope that you feel you can make an enquiry with us. We hope that on receiving a reply to your enquiry, you will feel confident to ask any further questions before making a confirmed booking with us and entrust us to organise your vacation / holiday accommodation for you. Although we cannot make reservations or help with flights and car hire, if you need help in this area, and the best places to search for these services, we will be more than happy to give you some useful tips. We have many years experience of travelling to the Florida area and therefore can add that we have enjoyed many good experiences, which hopefully we can pass all the highlights onto you “our future guests”.

You will also find a comprehensive guest testimonial section featured in this website where we have included various comments received from “our past and current guests” both on their experiences whilst booking with us and also feedback on the accommodation and the area in which they have stayed. All this feedback is provided on the completion of questionnaires and these being returned to us by “our guests”.

Many of the communities featured in this website will provide amenities to its residents and visitors. These, range from children’s play areas, fishing lakes, community pools, fitness gyms, on-site restaurants and much more.

The Sarasota / Bradenton area offers something for everyone and ranges from lovely white sandy beaches, state parks, museums, zoological parks, golfing, boating, shopping and much more. Guests will not be bored! For those guests who enjoy eating out and also for those who enjoy the nightlife whilst on vacation / holiday as opposed to staying in your rental property, you will find many restaurants and bars in the area and beach areas, which cater for all tastes and welcome families, groups and couples.
