We have been in the property rental business for many years and have primarily bought and rented properties within the United Kingdom. However, since 2005 we have diversified into the USA property market and currently own four properties in the Sarasota and Bradenton area. Predominately our properties are let to vacationers and holiday makers throughout the world, who are looking for either a long or short term rental. All your administration in connection with your enquiry and booking will be managed by ourselves. We strive to ensure that as a property rental business we deliver a vacation / holiday experience which promises to be one that you will remember, in the hope that you will feel happy and confident to recommend us to your family, friends and colleagues.
