Email received - thank you for both emails - we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and thought the property was wonderful.

As you are aware we've been to Bradenton many times and until now, we have yet to return to the same property as each was missing something in one way or another. However, we were delighted with Stone Harbour Loop, and we will almost certainly return!

On a personal level, please accept our thanks and gratitude for making this process so pleasurable. You've been an absolute delight to liaise with and immensely efficient and friendly.

Response on booking property - we stayed at the Willowbrook property in March 2009 and we were very pleased with the home and the location. We have been taking a winter holiday in Florida for the past 5 years and decided to re-book with something that we knew we would be pleased with rather than starting to search again.

Response on departure from property - email received - I will fill out the questionnaire as soon as I have a chance this week, but I did want to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the Coates Row home this past week. It was very comfortable and well appointed – exactly what we were hoping for!

We loved the location of the home and would be very interested in booking again with you for next year. If it is okay with you we would ask that you again keep our security deposit as a down payment for next year.

Response on departure from property - email received - let me first start to thank you for a great stay in Stone Harbour Loop. Despite the bad weather for part of the stay we really enjoyed the things Florida had to offer. We loved the property and the kids loved the pool. I believe we left the property in the same conditions as when we came. I hope we will go back some day soon.

The following are further comments we received on their questionnaire – price of BBQ should be included in the price, improved pressure in the showers and for longer stays in excessive of one week a second cleaning maybe an option.

We will liaise with the Management Company regarding the pressure of the showers, however this is the first time this has been brought to our attention by our guests. Guests can organise additional cleaning during their stay with the Management Company directly and this service will be payable locally by the guests.

Response on booking property - overall a very professional well organised company.

Response on departure from property - email received - in general we were very pleased with the accommodation, the place was clean and we had no problem picking up the pass fobs to the property. Further, it was ideally located near the I75 and two golf courses. We had no need to deal with the property management firm during our stay.

A few negatives:

the hot tub could have been a few degrees warmer.

we had to buy toilet paper, hand soap and dish-washer detergent.

I have already remarked to you that in making a minor change to my reservation by adding a fifth person and second vehicle I had to fill out an over the top number of forms. I think your administrative procedures could be streamlined.

Despite these minor irritants my group had no serious issues with the accommodation. Should we decide to return to Bradenton next year, when would be a good time to book this or similar accommodation again?

These have been introduced in order to ensure that a guests booking is managed effectively and efficiently and by ensuring guests complete an amendment form if they wish to amend their booking this ensures that our Management Company and all other relevant agents associated with a rental are advised accordingly.

Response on departure from property - great experience – would have preferred dealing with USA based office to eliminate credit card fees and exchange rates. Also fax would have been easier.

We have our credit card terminal in USD so any guests with a US based credit / debit card should not have any issues with the exchange rates etc. Most travel related companies normally charge a credit / debit card fee for using this service whether they term it a booking charge or as we have stated it a credit / debit card fee. We are able to accept fax documents too and this would have been stated on the documentation sent. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope you will return again.

We have to have comprehensive booking conditions and documentation in order to safe guard the renter as well as us, as property owner(s).
