Independent Property Rental

The family room is located at the rear of the property and guests are able to look out onto the pool deck to enjoy the view. The room is open plan with the kitchen and breakfast / dining area and is very light and airy benefiting from lots of daylight coming through the windows and patio doors. The area is equipped with a three seater sofa, two seater sofa, coffee table, side table and side lighting. For added lighting in this area guests will find a free-standing (three light) spot light arrangement. The Plasma Cable TV and DVD are displayed on an entertainment unit.

T he living room is very spacious and benefits from a small corner sofa, display unit, side table and side lighting. An iPod Docking Station / CD Player is also located in this room. Within this living room guests will also find the computer located on a purposely designed computer desk with operator’s chair. The computer is logged onto the internet etc. by wireless and therefore guests can collect their emails and search the internet in the comfort of their own rental home. Guests are also welcome to bring their own laptops to the home and connect via wireless router. A printer is also provided for guest use. Guests should note that with effect from 1 February 2010 this home may not have use of its own computer and printer due to us phasing these out. However, guests will still be able to bring their own laptops and connect via the wireless router which will still be provided. Please also note that whilst we will do our best to maintain internet connection in the home this is not always guaranteed.

The dining room is situated just as you walk through the main property door on the left hand side. This room benefits from a stylish dining room table and eight dining chairs and therefore makes this dining area ideal for those formal evenings or for entertaining family and friends. The dining area is situated in the same location as the living room.
