Next to the second family bathroom / pool bathroom the queen bedroom can be located. The room is of a reasonable size and benefits from a queen-size bed, bedside cabinets with a bedside light, large walk-in wardrobe, full length free standing mirror, electric alarm clock and LCD TV which is wall mounted. A ceiling fan is also available for those warmer nights. All guest linen is provided and additional linen can be found in the linen cupboard.

The two twin bedrooms comprise of two twin beds in each and both benefit from large walk-in wardrobes, electric alarm clock and a bedside cabinet with bedside lighting. One of the twin bedrooms is ideally designed as a children’s bedroom and features a dresser and situated within the alcove of this bedroom can be found some of the children’s favourite character cuddly toys, these being Dora the Explorer and Spiderman (both larger than the average cuddly toys and situated in the alcove of the bedroom for show purposes only). All guest linen is provided and additional linen can be found in the linen cupboard.

There is a family bathroom situated between the two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom comprise of a bath, over shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is plenty of bathroom storage space for storing toiletries etc. A hairdryer is also provided for guests use. There is a second family bathroom situated next to the queen bedroom which also doubles up as a pool bathroom. Unfortunately as there is no main door separating the family room from the queen bedroom and the second family bathroom we are unable to advertise as a separate en-suite as we have for our Willowbrook Circle property. The family bathroom / pool bathroom comprise of a walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is plenty of bathroom storage space for storing toiletries etc. All guest linen is provided and additional linen can be found in the linen cupboard.
