Independent Property Rental

We are currently featuring two communities within the Bradenton / Sarasota area, offering a number of rental properties, ranging from four to five bedroom homes, which can be rented on both a short and long term basis. The two communities are “Heritage Harbour” and “University Place”. Both communities are situated in a convenient location within easy access to Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Sarasota etc. and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants, theatres and much more. All the properties featured are situated on quiet residential family communities and therefore we would ask all our guests to refrain from making a lot of noise whilst occupying these rental properties. It is likely that you will have residents living either side of you and probably some with small or young children.

University Place is a quiet gated community and is one of Sarasota’s most sought after residential communities amongst the short term and long term rental market. Within the IPR property owned portfolio we feature a “villa style” four bedroom home situated on one level, namely our Coates Row Place home. This community is centrally located to all that the Bradenton / Sarasota area has to offer, and benefits from the lovely white sandy beaches of Siesta Key, Lido Key and many more, making it most desirable.

The community is situated off University Parkway, and can be reached by exiting the I75 (South) at exit 213. For anyone who doesn’t like to drive far getting off their flight, Bradenton / Sarasota Regional Airport is only 8 miles away. Whilst in order to use some of the recreational facilities at Heritage Harbour you must pay the “Transfer of Membership” fee, which can be quite expensive for a guest who is only occupying the home for a short period of time, this is not the case for the University Place community, as these recreational facilities can be enjoyed “at no charge” to guests. The facilities include: two community pools, exercise room / fitness centre, two children’s play areas and tennis courts. The community also features nature walk trails.
