University Place has a number of facilities available to guests and these can be enjoyed free of charge with the use of the Recreational Centre Pass which can be found on the kitchen key holder in the property on your arrival. Please note that this pass must be returned to the kitchen key holder on your departure from the home to enable the next guest to enjoy the use of these facilities. Guests should note that the Housekeepers will check this is returned when they clean the home ready for our next guests, and will notify us should this pass be missing in order that the appropriate charge for a replacement can be deducted from the guests security deposit.
