The Seven Oaks Pointe Adult Recreational Centre provides facilities mainly for adult guests (children are also welcome to use these facilities). Included in this recreational area is a heated lap pool, spa, tables and chairs, sun-loungers, exercise room, outside cooking facilities and more. Please check boards in the area regarding opening and closing times.

The heated lap pool is available for guests to enjoy a serious swim rather than just a splash around with the children. Guests should respect that this is a community pool area and that there may be other guests and residents using the facility. After a swim you can enjoy a relax in the spa, sit down on one of the patio chairs or just enjoy soaking up the Florida sun on one of the sun-loungers which are available for guests use.

The two recreational centres provide outdoor kitchen facilities where guests are able to prepare a bite to eat if they wish. If guests wish to use these facilities they should read the notices displayed, where full instructions are provided on the use of this area. Please note guests should clean the equipment after use and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.

The exercise room is small in size. However, it does feature some of the latest equipment for guests to enjoy.
