Due to the “free” facilities on offer at University Place, it makes this home an ideal location for a great family vacation / holiday!!

GENERAL RENTAL RATE INFORMATION FOR 2010
- All rates quoted in USD, please enquire for rates in GBP etc.
- Rental rates quoted are inclusive of taxes and pre / post cleans for all rentals of 7 nights and over.
- Pool (and spa, if available) heating is charged as follows:
- Pool heating only (for all properties)
$130.00 per week, pro rate for any nights over one week. For rentals of less than 7 nights a daily rate will apply $20.00.
- Pool and spa heating (for Kingsbury Place and Willowbrook Circle)
$175.00 per week, pro-rata for any nights over one week. For rentals of less than 7 nights a daily rate will apply $25.00.
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer spa heating alone without requesting pool heating too.
- Any bookings, under 7 nights will incur the following additional charges:
- Five bedroom homes – cleaning fee $175.00.
- Four bedroom homes – cleaning fee $150.00.
- Please refer to our “Downloads Page”, document titled “Hire Rates” for the hire of Gas BBQ’s, additional high chairs, cots, cribs and also to request grocery and kitchen / bathroom basic packs for your arrival at the property. If you require any other services, please enquire by sending an email to (Amanda.osborne@heritageharbourrental.com) with details of any further requirements you may have.
- We regularly update our “Special Offers / Late Deals” page under each of the homes. Please refer to this page for any current special offers / late deals.
- We will consider discounting longer rentals (i.e. bookings of 3 weeks and over) depending on the season / current availability etc. We will not discount rates that have already been discounted i.e. specials etc.
- Any bookings of 4 weeks and over (up to 3 months) will receive a 20% discount off our weekly rates (this 20% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any of our other special offer rates that we maybe offering). Bookings of 3 months and over are negotiable, please email for details (Amanda.osborne@heritageharbourrentals.com).
