Independent Property Rental

The family room is located at the rear of the property and benefits from a sectional sofa, uplift lighting and coffee table and side table. The wall-mounted plasma Cable TV also has an in-built DVD which plays USA regional DVD's only. An iPod Docking Station / CD Player is also located in this room. Guests can also look out onto the pool deck and see the pool, spa and lake view from here.

The living room is located at the front to the left of the property as you walk through the main property door. Guests will find the computer with wireless internet access and a printer. Guests are also welcome to bring their laptops and connect via wireless router. This room also comprise of a three seater and two seater sofa with a side table and side lighting. Guests should note that with effect from 1 February 2010 this home may not have use of its own computer and printer due to us phasing these out. However, guests will still be able to bring their own laptops and connect via the wireless router which will still be provided. Please also note that whilst we will do our best to maintain internet connection in the home this is not always guaranteed

The opposite side of the living room features the dining room, which benefits from a dining table with turning centre (lazy susan) and eight chairs. For added lighting in this area guests will find a free-standing (three light) spot light arrangement. Guests will also find a flower arrangement featured on the turning centre of the dining table, which can be freely moved.

Behind the dining room you will find the stairs leading to the second floor, where the master bedroom en-suite, balcony, second queen bedroom, two twin bedrooms and family bathroom are located.
