Due to the layout and style of this kitchen guests will not find any breakfast stools as featured in our Stone Harbour Loop and Willowbrook Circle homes.

The fully equipped open plan kitchen comprise of a fully fitted dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, full size cooker, coffee maker, four slice toaster, electric kettle, blender etc. Guests will find plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses etc. stored in the cupboards, together with plenty of storage space for food, drink etc.

For those guests who like to keep in touch with their family and friends back home the property also benefits from several telephones (the main one in the kitchen area) which can be used freely to make local calls within the area. The telephone can also be used to make long distance calls but guests will require the use of a credit card or pre-paid telephone card (pre-paid telephone cards can be purchased from your local shops eg. Wal-Mart, Publix etc. and are reasonably priced).

Next to the kitchen, guests will find a door leading to the utility room which has a separate interior door leading to the double garage. Situated in the utility room guests will find the washing machine and clothes dryer. The iron, ironing board, brushes and mop and bucket can also be found in this room.

The kitchen area also benefits from a dining table and six chairs which is ideal for the family to sit down to breakfast or lunch. It is also an alternative for evening dining as opposed to either dining outside or in the main dining room.
