Situated on the first floor of the property, the queen bedroom comprise of a queen-size bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lights, dresser, large walk-in wardrobe, full length wall mounted mirror, electric alarm clock and LCD TV which can be found on the bedroom dresser. This bedroom also features a telephone which guests can use in the same way as the main telephone which can be found in the kitchen area. A ceiling fan is also available for those warmer nights. All guest linen is provided and additional linen can be found in the linen cupboard. Due to the layout of the family room and the Plasma TV being wall mounted we were unable to locate a PlayStation2 for guests in this room. Therefore guests will now find the PlayStation2 and games located on the bedroom dresser with the LCD TV. This will hopefully keep the children busy and free up the TV in the family room.

Situated on the second floor of the property, the second queen bedroom comprise of a queen-size bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lights, large walk-in wardrobe, full length free standing mirror, ottoman, electric alarm clock and LCD TV which is wall mounted. This bedroom has been furnished in dark furniture which is complimented by the different pictures displayed on the bedroom walls. A ceiling fan is also available for those warmer nights. All guest linen is provided and additional linen can be found in the linen cupboard.

The property benefits from having two twin bedrooms situated on the second floor which can be found at the end of the hallway. Both bedrooms have two twin beds, bedside cabinet with bedside light, uplift lighting, large walk-in wardrobe and electric alarm clock. One of the twin bedrooms features a full length wall mounted mirror whilst the other has a wall mounted mirror. Both bedrooms are light and airy and ideal for either adults or children. All guest linen is provided and additional linen can be found in the linen cupboard.

The first floor family bathroom is situated next door to the queen bedroom and provides a hairdryer for guests use, whilst the second floor family bathroom is situated between the two twin bedrooms. These bathrooms comprise of a bath, over shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is plenty of bathroom storage space for storing toiletries etc. All guest linen is provided and additional linen can be found in the linen cupboard.
