Independent Property Rental

Heritage Harbour has a number of optional facilities for guests. However, these depend on the “membership transfer” being available. We will explain everything in greater detail in the following sections and pages.

As we are restricted to the number of “membership transfers” we are able to apply for during a twelve month period, we have to adopt strict guidelines to guests in relation to the applying and issuing of these. Therefore to help, we have adopted the following guidelines for guests:

• During the peak rental seasons, only guests occupying a Heritage Harbour property for three weeks or more will be eligible to apply.
• During the low rental seasons only guests occupying a Heritage Harbour property for two weeks or more will be eligible to apply.
• Any guest meeting the above criteria and wishing to apply for a “membership transfer” must do so at the time of booking the property. They must complete within two weeks of confirming the booking a “Transfer of Membership” form, which can be found under the download section on our website (www.heritageharbourrentals.com) titled “Stoneybrook Recreational Campus Transfer of Membership Form”. Guests can return this form to be signed by the Property Owner(s) along with their signed booking form and questionnaire.

Even though we have provided the above guidelines on the issue of “membership transfers”, guests must note that it is not automatic that you will be issued a “membership transfer” once you have applied to us, as this will depend at the time on how many “membership transfers” we have issued to guests. If the “membership transfer” is approved by the Property Owner(s), the form will be signed and returned to you to take to the Recreational Campus on your arrival. You will then be required to pay $100.00 “Transfer of Membership” fee to the Stoneybrook Recreational Campus. Once your application has been accepted by the Property Owner(s) we will then add an administrative fee of $30.00 or £20.00 to your booking invoice for the processing of this application.

We are sorry we are unable to issue “membership transfers” to guests occupying the properties for less than three weeks in the peak rental season and for less than two weeks in the low rental season. However, these guests are still welcome to use the facilities around the community which do not fall under the “membership transfer” fee.

The “transfer of ownership membership” works in the following way. In order to use the facilities based at the Stoneybrook Recreational Campus, guests, who meet the above criteria will need to purchase from us the “membership transfer” which at the time of writing this brochure was $100.00.
