The family room is located at the rear of the property. Whilst sitting in this area guests can look out and exit via the patio door onto the pool deck area. The area benefits from a sectional suite with seating for around six people and a coffee table. For added lighting in this area guests will find a free-standing (three light) spot light arrangement. There are various electrical upgrades in this property and as a result this room features an entertainment unit with a Plasma Cable TV, DVD, iPod Docking Station / CD Player and a PlayStation2 for the children to enjoy.

The living room is located at the front of the property, as guests enter through the main property door. The area comprise of a two seater sofa, love seat, coffee table, side table and side lighting. From this living room guests can also look out onto the pool deck area.

This is the only property in the portfolio which features a games room. Situated in this room is a pool table for guest use and is located in the same location as the living room. Therefore, when guests are enjoying a game of pool they can also relax in the living area which benefits from a two seater sofa and love seat. To add to the feature of this room a side table can be seen in the corner, with a flower vase and CD Player.
