Situated just before the family room is the kitchen with four breakfast stools. The fully equipped open plan kitchen comprise of a fully fitted dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, full size cooker, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender etc. Guests will find plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses etc. stored in the cupboards, together with plenty of storage space for food, drink etc.

A breakfast / dining area is situated off the kitchen, comprising of a table and four chairs and is ideal for breakfast time and dining.

Situated in the kitchen area is a computer with internet access which is made available for guest use. Guests are also able to bring their own laptop to the home and connect to the wireless router. A printer is also provided for guest use. This equipment has a designated computer area workspace next to the fridge-freezer. Also situated in this area is the telephone. Guests should note that with effect from 1 February 2010 this home may not have use of its own computer and printer due to us phasing these out. However, guests will still be able to bring their own laptops and connect via the wireless router which will still be provided. Please also note that whilst we will do our best to maintain internet connection in the home this is not always guaranteed

Through the kitchen area and before guests reach the property triple garage interior door, is the utility room where the washing machine and clothes dryer is situated. Within this room guests will also find an iron, ironing board, brushes and mop and bucket.
